My Stadshout Leeuwarden Work
I have been part of the small team at circular woodworkers Stadshout Leeuwarden since June 2024 to work on my woodworking skills. At Stadshout Leeuwarden we save local trees from the wood chippers, to turn them into quality handmade furniture. Trees that have been grubbed in and around Leeuwarden by the municipality, receive a 'tree passport' from us; this way or clients will know exactly where their planks came from.

My time at Stadshout Leeuwarden has taught me a lot about woodworking and has given me the opportunity to work on amazing projects, such as making the stairs for the main entrance at the Cambuur Leeuwarden stadium:
